Looking for suggestions for the first meeting agenda.

What would you like to discuss or specifically NOT discuss at this first meeting?

Possible Agenda

Since this is the first meeting, here are some thoughts as a starting point:
1) Introduce ourselves, projects, and skillsets
2) Discuss where we want the group to go and how we want it to function
3) Share best practices and ideas that are working now
4) Summarize the meeting, pick a date for the next one, and consider which companies or gurus we would like to come and talk with us.
